Virtual Reality
Virtual Reality is an experimental and fun way to immerse yourself in a new environment.
Take a 360 virtual tour of the design of Reset.

Once at Reset, meet with others in VR to chat using anonymous avatars or try meditation apps to calm anxiety and train to self-manage stress. Optional integration of biometric tracking wearables. There have been no FDA studies on VR, but the Journal of Anxiety Disorders devoted the January 2019 issue to research on Virtual Reality and anxiety disorders.
